Transforming Marsh Farm

The Marsh Farm regeneration project is a three-year programme to rejuvenate the estate across three phases and renovate Luton High Rise to increase energy sufficiency and safety.

ENGIE has been appointed by Luton Borough Council to transform Marsh Farm - an integral step into helping the council’s wider plan for major town-wide transformations. We’re regenerating the Marsh Farm estate by constructing new homes and refurbishing some of the tower blocks.

The first area of the project is the regeneration, where we are currently working on the third phase of a three phased project. Phase one and two are now complete, meaning 24 units have been built along with retail space. We are currently working on phase 3 which is construction of 94 new homes.

Supporting this significant project, is the renovating of the Luton High Rise, which seeks to integrate state of the art technology into the homes of Penhill and Leabank. This includes a combination of internal and external works to improve energy efficiency within the two blocks.

A link to the project overview is on the righthand side which provides highlights of the three phases and more information about ENGIE.
