At Christmas 2019, the ENGIE team was delighted to support the Peabody Community Foundation toy appeal. This annual charitable event encourages businesses to help ensure that as many children as possible, have gifts to wake up to on Christmas Day.

ENGIE’s donation funded a wide range of gifts for all ages, which our team also helped to wrap. We look forward to working with the Foundation on other exciting initiatives during our time in the local area.

We recently donated lots of different building materials to Waltham Forest College from our office in Walthamstow.

This ranged from brand new fire doors, to concrete, to paint, to ironmongery, coat hooks, hinges, handles etc.

We hope the college finds these items useful!

    Gardening in Lloyd Park, Walthamstow

This November, we returned to Lloyd Park with nine members of our team to help out the local community with gardening.

We look forward to supporting similar projects in the future"

  • 275 Wood Street opening ceremony

ENGIE successfully completed construction of the site and handed it over to Waltham Forest Council on 4th October 2018.

We hosted an opening ceremony on 16th October 2018 with 30 people in attendance from Waltham Forest, SixtyBricks, NPS & ENGIE. The afternoon was a great success with speeches from the Mayoress and Cllr Louise Mitchell, we then proceeded to the ribbon cutting ceremony.

Residents had even started moving in that day, so seeing and hearing everyone’s positive reaction to the site was truly fantastic.
